Trust Appointed Governor
Want to help a good school on its journey to ‘be the best it can be’?
Claydon High School is looking to recruit a Trust Appointed Governor to its Academy Committee. We are seeking to appoint a colleague who is committed to promoting the school’s vision and values and our core purpose of empowering young people through education.
This is an exciting time to join the school’s established and experienced Academy Committee as it welcomes a new Parent Governor. The Committee is particularly keen to recruit a member who has some experience of working to promote an inclusive and diverse community.
Prospective applicants are welcome to visit the school for a visit and meeting with the Headteacher, Maéve Taylor. Anyone who would like to speak with the Chair of the Academy Committee, Nigel Andrews, should contact the school in the first instance.
Any prospective applicants are requested to submit an up-to-date CV along with a covering letter or personal statement which explains the skills and experience you can bring to the Academy Committee. Details of at least two referees who would support your application will be needed upon application. Further notes for applicants are available here.
