National Writing Day
Today is #NationalWritingDay and Year 8 students have been rising to the challenge to produce creative writing that just fills a Post-it Note. We have had some great examples but Michael's (below) hits the spot with some football themed passion. More examples to follow in the newsletter. Well done all!
Ipswich Town FC. The bang...bang...bang of the drums complimenting the chants. The smoke bombs showing the passion from the fans. The cold nights down Portman Road. Blue gloves and face paint. Holding a hot pie steaming in the black sky. The celebration, jumping up and down with joy.
